Thank you, #readers! #gratitude #readerlove #amwriting #stillwriting #romance #cancer #MFRWauthor
The book above came out just a few short weeks after my cancer diagnosis. Turns out, the illness is a gift that keeps on giving in many ways, both good and bad.
I could go on and on but won’t, because this post is not about that.
The current sale on the book is a nice surprise from my publisher.
This post is not about that either, except as the trigger that made me think about another gift that keeps on giving: my readers – long-time, recent, and waiting in the wings.
In this post-COVID world (although I’m not too sure about the “post-” part) where face-to-face interactions don’t happen as frequently as they once did, I’m glad to see you visiting here, reading my occasional newsletter, and saying hello when we meet out in cyberspace.
Thanks for your support.
It’s the best gift of all!

This was a wonderful book. I am so glad that something wonderful came from something bad. Your books always bring a smile to my heart when I read them. Thank you for all the wonderful reading hours your books bring to your readers. It’s been a very hard year and I am so grateful for the authors and their books. I wish you a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year. May it bring joy and happiness and good health to you and yours.
Thank you so much, Kathleen, for the kind words and good wishes. For me as an author, sharing the love of story is what it’s all about. And loyal readers like you also bring much joy to my heart.
All the best to you and yours for happy holidays and a happy, safe, and healthy new year!
