Those were words to live by around here this week!

Revisions were due for The Lawman’s Christmas Proposal, book three in The Hitching Post Hotel series.  As always when working on revisions, I made several passes through the book, trying to make good better, giving each try a little more umph.

By the time I hit Send on the e-mail to deliver the manuscript to my editor, I was exhausted and elated.

There’s no better feeling than the satisfaction of knowing you gave something your best shot…your all…your umph.

Writing gives me that satisfaction, always.
