Got plans? #inspiration #motivation #wednesdaywisdom #MFRW_org
Today’s message is short, sweet, and oh-so-simple.
“Plan your work. Work your plan.”
In recent Wednesday Wisdom posts, we’ve talked about what we can do to eliminate the worry that keeps us from moving ahead: Set a timer to allow yourself a limited window of opportunity for worry. Decide what you’re able to worry about—that is, the things you can control.
We’ve also talked about how to keep from feeling overwhelmed: Write up a To-Do list. Check it daily. Pick one item from the list and focus on it. For example, choose one piece of clothing from your closet to donate or one piece of paper from the overflow on your desk to file away.
That sounds like a plan!
I don’t know about you, but everything’s falling into place for me…when I remember to do it.
It’s wonderful to come up with a plan, but we can’t forget step two. The follow-through. The action. The accomplishment.
The work.
And we all have different ways of getting to it.
What’s helping you to successfully “Work your plan?” Or if you’re just in the process of pulling things together, what do you intend to do to make your plan a success?
