“Due to technical difficulties…”

With the computer issues I’ve had for the past year, the above is a phrase sure to strike terror into my heart. The struggle began when I went from an old but perfectly good laptop running an old but perfectly functioning operating system and moved to a brand-new laptop with what I’ve since learned has been called “the Operating System from h@##.” And I can’t argue with that assessment!

But, I persevere.
