Every day, we all fill multiple roles in life:  spouse, parent, child, employer, employee, co-worker, friend – and then some. The list can be draining, invigorating, or challenging, depending on how you look at it.

How you look at things in life is key, because with every hat we wear, we must view the world from a different perspective.

Below is an oldie but goodie, a fun way to check your “openness” to new views.

Which do you see – the distracted younger woman?
The contemplative older woman?

Or both?

This week, spend some time noticing how you view life from all your different perspectives!
