Sad news/good news + cover reveal #MFRWauthor #CowboyinCharge
Hello, Readers – as far as I’m concerned, everybody’s a little bit Irish on St. Patrick’s Day. 😉 I hope you all had a wonderful holiday.
This has been a week of good and bad/sad events as we were out of state for most of the week to attend a family funeral. The positive note there is that our travels all went off without a hitch, a minor miracle considering the last-minute scrambling we did to set up flights, rental car, etc.
It’s also been a great week with our St. Patrick’s Day celebration, a wrap-up to the St. Patrick’s Day Giveaway here at my site, and a special newsletter-subscribers-only giveaway – which is open through this weekend, so if you don’t receive the newsletter, considering signing up.
And in the best news of all, I’ve just received the cover for my July 2016 release, Cowboy in Charge, book 4 in the Hitching Post Hotel series. Take a look!
Amazon Barnes & Noble Books-A-Million IndieBound
I’m a lucky author, aren’t I? 🙂
The book is currently available for pre-order in print, with the e-book format to follow soon.
And note, Harlequin American Romance has a new name as of the July releases. It will be called Harlequin Western Romance to embrace the western flavor of the line – but my books won’t be any different from the ones you’ve already read! 🙂

Here’s the blurb from the back cover of Cowboy in Charge:
TIMING IS EVERYTHING
Single mom Layne Slater thought she’d seen the last of Jason McAndry when he chose the rodeo over her and their unborn son. Now Jason’s back in Cowboy Creek and just as handsome as ever. But Layne can’t give in to those feelings again. She has to protect her children…and her heart.
Jason wants to try to make up for the pain he caused when he left. The least he can do is help Layne while he’s home. Before long, Jason realizes he’s finally ready to be the husband, father and man his family deserves. But can Jason prove to Layne that this time, their love is forever?

I hope you’re enjoying the Hitching Post Hotel series and will look for the new book, too! Though there are connected characters who visit in the books, each story stands alone – with its own happy-ever-after ending – and so the books don’t necessarily need to be read in order.
I also hope you have a fabulous weekend.
Thanks for stopping by.
All my best,
I hope things get better fast for you.
Thanks so much, Candy.
