Today I’m sharing a new clip from The Sheriff’s Son, my first book, which is soon to be available in a new edition. Same book, but my publisher is reissuing it in both larger print and e-book formats! I’m so thrilled, because I know many of us still love our paper books as well as our e-readers.

Tanner Jones seemed to fill her vision, standing taller and more broad-shouldered than she ever remembered, but looking, unfortunately, all too familiar. Except for the deputy sheriff’s badge decorating his chest and the gun resting on his hip.
