As Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz once discovered, the secret to happiness can sometimes be found in our own back yard. But, unlike Dorothy, we may never meet someone like Glinda with the power to remind us of this.
Instead, we can establish our own reminders:
Think about what makes us happy.
Stop and smell the roses.
Notice the abundance of goodness in our lives.
Grab happiness with both hands…
and make the most of enjoying it!
